The Schwinn Stealth 1000 Electric Scooter is an electrical bicycle powered by high-capacity battery and your legs! To add extra endurance to your ride, the Stealth 1000 offers a 1,000 Watt brush motor and 36V rechargeable battery, and features a full suspension.This scooter will not go the full range as listed on a full charge. No scooter will, although this scooter is the best of quality for the price. My first one was nothing but troubles, (broken handlebar mounts twice, flat tires, brake failure, and much more, including controller, and throttle failure), but the new one is excellent. Do not be detered by someone's claim that this scooter will not go a certain range, because there is a sticker on the handlebars that states "when riding at full throttle your range is dramatically decreased". The 2007 model is of better quality than that of the 2006 model, and if your only option is to buy the 2006 model, you might as well shell out a couple of hundred more dollars, and buy a Go-Ped.
